A normal life is underpinned by a relentless visual harvesting.

I always carry a camera to record a shape, part of a place or colour plus a sketchbook for thumbnail drawings and observations. Somehow these practices remain independent to the starting of a painting or print yet are crucially linked at some level. As expected, an opportunity to use silkscreen during the AA2A scheme has reinforced my continued interest in shape and colour.
