During the residency I have been exploring new ways to interpret and present large format digital prints using new software and processes not normally available to me. Presenting the opportunity to test out the projection of digital image files in a public arts venue, also exploring alternative presentation formats such as large plasma screens.

I have been able to produce a small series of large format ink jet prints and, with the help of expert technical expertise at the college test out animation software such as Maya and Avid (video) to further develop narrative themes running through my digital images into moving image projects.

This has been a really valuable experience to extend my technical knowledge and creative skills to advance themes and ideas towards future projects.
