Predominantly research based, I am currently looking at representations of the ‘Domestic Interior’. Using a multi-disciplinary approach I allow the work to evolve by process of elimination.

Photography and printmaking were essential elements to the work produced on the AA2A scheme. By using photography as a vehicle to convey existence, the moment is captured and kept alive.

Manipulation of the image, partial obliteration and fragmentation, these images were transposed into a series of intaglio prints which allows new readings to materialise.

The AA2A scheme has been invaluable in giving opportunities for experimentation and has undoubtedly helped new ideas formulate.
