The novel 100 year of Solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez is being read into and through a sandblasted glass jar. The sound of my voice is tinged with a glass-like quality and is being recorded by a pressure-zone microphone (a microphone that can record through materials) into a mini-disk. Whilst within the jar breath from my reading is gradually condensing to become liquid.
