Lucy Gough

The issues that surround my artistic practise are nostalgia, identity and iconography. I have always been interested in making artwork that has a distinct sense of the author, but also enjoy blurring the boundaries between fact and fiction. I want people to be able to relate to and identify with the artwork I produce, making it their own. I like to work in a variety of media and have used my time at Norwich School of Art and Design to produce a series of screenprints on unusual materials such as wallpaper and fabric, which evoke feelings of nostalgia and domesticity.
