Much of my work consists of large-scale, woven work, which is mostly created on site using willow, wire and other ‘linear’ products. I enjoy a direct, physical contact with my work, often creating work big enough to climb into or pass through in some way.

I am increasingly aware of the transference of the 2D line, into the 3D line. I currently use my computer (with Photoshop) to develop my designs, which contributes to my work significantly, but hope to develop a more ‘hands on’ and spontaneous element to my designs. The process of creating line, texture and form in the various ink print mediums would be my initial focus, as a basis to develop exciting new 3D work.
