Jon Adams

Jon Adams' work includes themes of hidden disability and positive dyslexia awareness combined with a subversive or geological context which are mixed with the lasting consequences of sustained childhood bullying. During his time on the AA2A scheme, he produced work which was exhibited at the Third Floor Art Centre in Portsmouth. The exhibition of illustration, poetry, word, print, video and 3D installation was entitled 'Defective Bullying: With subtitles for the hard of feeling'.

"AA2A has provided the best opportunity, that has had the most significant affect on my career so far. It has totally changed my confidence and enabled me to put the past in perspective and work with it to produce artworks I couldn't have done before."
