My work combines drawing and painting through print to create windows into life as I experience it in London. Sometimes focusing on elements often overlooked, which combine to create a feeling of home for dislocated beings.

My work sets out to describe how the complex mix of people and environment combine to create their own sense of harmony, capturing how people’s traits and moods can be accentuated by their surroundings.

Working at Barnet College gave me an opportunity to experiment with mixing inks from raw pigments allowing me to gain a new understanding of the materials that I use. Creating work in a new environment can often allow you time to clarify your ideas.
